Muscat, 15 October 2026 — Durri Space, the Omani space communications company developing a national network of optical ground stations, and Unicity Labs, developer of the Unicity AI enforcement protocol, today announced a partnership to build verifiable information supply chains and safe autonomous AI operations for defence and civil users.

Building a Verifiable and Secure Data Supply Chain

Under the memorandum, the two companies intend to design a verification and security layer for Durri Space’s optical ground station network that gives satellite operators and end users cryptographic proof of how their data was handled throughout its supply chain. The aim is data that any recipient can verify independently, offline, without trusting the station, the network or the vendor.

Optical links are expected to deliver an order of magnitude more data than conventional radio downlinks, which makes trusted processing at the ground station essential to delivering that data where it is needed. Given the overwhelming size and the speed at which such data is delivered, a growing share of that data will potentially be first read by software, Agentic AI, and autonomous system (some of which run on a contested or disconnected network has no way easy way to instantly verify a source easily). For moments like this, the proof has to travel with the data and must be checkable at any touchpoint where the data is used.

The partnership will look beyond the ground station and deeper into building what enables tactical edge capabilities such as autonomous battlefields. Providing a foundation of traceability, provenance and verification can enable Commanders and autonomous systems to request, verify, analyze and act on mission data through autonomous agents. Deliberately removing the need for assumptions.

Bringing Verifiable AI Infrastructure to Oman

For Unicity, the memorandum is also an entry into Oman. The work with Durri Space is the first step in a wider partnership with Enjaaz Group, whose established relationships across the country’s government and regulated industries give Unicity a way to bring its capabilities to Oman’s most consequential processes, in particular those that are moving to autonomous, agentic AI workflows. The two plan to deliver safe and verifiable AI infrastructure to government and regulated clients, designed so that client data stays in Oman and is processed on sovereign infrastructure which the client (their regulator) controls.

Durri Space is developing three high-capacity optical ground stations across Oman, at Khasab, Muscat and Duqm, with Cailabs as technology partner. The network is targeted to be operational by 2028 and is intended to serve national priorities and international satellite operators.

“Oman’s optical network will bring our clients more space data than this country has ever handled. With Unicity Labs, we are designing it to arrive fast and provably intact, so that the operators who rely on it can check that for themselves.” Ahmed Al Fahdi, Partner and Business Development Director, Enjaaz Group
“Autonomy without verifiability is a liability. Durri Space is building the physical infrastructure for a new generation of space communications. We are adding the cryptographic layer that lets humans and AI agents trust what comes through it. Together we are defining what a secure, autonomous information supply chain looks like.” Mike Gault, Chief Executive Officer, Unicity Labs

About Durri Space

Durri Space is an Omani space communications company and part of Enjaaz Group, established to develop Oman’s capabilities in optical satellite communications. Through a national network of optical ground stations, in support of Oman Vision 2040, Durri Space aims to position Oman as a regional hub for high-capacity space-to-ground connectivity, serving national priorities and international satellite operators.

About Unicity Labs

Unicity Labs builds cryptographic infrastructure for autonomous AI. The Unicity Protocol provides post-quantum, offline-verifiable proofs of uniqueness, time and provenance for data and digital assets; the Unicity Agent Operating System provides a runtime in which AI agents execute under enforced policy with a verifiable record of every action.
